About NOVA School of Science and Technology

The NOVA School of Science and Technology (FCT NOVA) is one of the three largest and most prestigious schools of Engineering and Sciences in Portugal. It is located 15 minutes away from Lisbon, is renowned for its excellence in research, for the quality of its courses and for the large employability of its graduates (graduates, masters, doctors).

Guided Tours

NOVA School of Science and Technology guided tours (“Vem Ver” initiative) allow students – from the 1st cycle of basic education to the 12th year of secondary education – the possibility of contacting with the Faculty.

Upon prior registration, students can visit the Campus, perform experimental activities in the Departments and clarify doubts regarding the Faculty’s study areas with the Coordinators of Undergraduate and Integrated Masters.

How to get to NOVA School of Science and Technology

The Campus is served by a wide transport network, including combined services (bus, train, ferry) and by tram, which terminus (“University”) is located along one of the Faculty entrances.
